The site is located within Town Centre on South Side, which is on the south-eastern edge of the Burton Latimer. The site brought great potential in our design due to its size as a whole (58.9m). There are 24 houses, each consisting of 3-4 bedrooms. An additional road has been added to the site, which connects to the main road, going through the residential zones.
