The Finedon Road development is located on the south eastern edge of Burton Latimer Village in Northamptonshire. Currently the site is used as greenfield pasture land which stretches over an area of 2.33 Hectares. The site is designated within Flood Zone 1 and 3, development will take place only in Zone 1 with the area in Zone 3 being enhanced by the creation of a sustainability pond and fitness pathway. The overall development will consists of 40 new homes, allocated parking and attractive landscaping.

In order to create a diverse and attractive development there is a variety of housing types and sizes.
