MAHSNT

The Site is located on the south eastern edge of Burton Latimer Village in Northamptonshire. The total area of this development is about 2.33 Hectares with area designated to flood zone 1 and 3 therefore, the developemnt will only take place in zone 2. The site came with many constraints which has lead us to our final desgin.

The main aim was to create as many houses as possible therefore a variety of types and houses has been selected to create a diverse developemnt.
